1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrismInConnect (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into contracts.

3. Account Registration & Security

  1. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated.
  2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
  3. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. User Content

  1. You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content").
  2. License to Us: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and publicly display your User Content solely for operating and improving the Service.
  3. Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.
  4. Enforcement: We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or restrict content at our discretion.
  5. Anonymous Posts:
    1. Our Service may allow users to post content anonymously ("Anonymous Content").
    2. You understand that even when posting anonymously, you remain fully responsible for any content you submit.
    3. We do not store or maintain any connection between your identity and Anonymous Content you post. Once content is posted anonymously, we have no technical means to identify you as the author.
    4. We expressly disclaim all liability arising from Anonymous Content. By using our anonymous posting features, you agree that:
      • We are not liable for any consequences resulting from Anonymous Content;
      • We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of Anonymous Content;
      • We have no ability or obligation to reveal the identity of anonymous posters, as this information is not stored;
      • We are not responsible if your identity becomes known through your own actions or disclosures.
    5. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising from Anonymous Content you post, regardless of whether you posted it anonymously.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law;
  • Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service;
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) without written permission;
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all materials and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purposes.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrations. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We do not endorse and are not responsible for any User Content, including Anonymous Content. All opinions expressed by users, whether anonymous or identified, represent the views of the individual users, not our views or values. We are not liable for any statements, representations, or Content provided by our users.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (a) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (b) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; OR (c) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) USD 100 OR (ii) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us (and our directors, officers, employees, and agents) harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

This indemnification obligation specifically extends to claims arising from your Anonymous Content. As we do not store any identifying information that links you to your anonymous posts, we cannot identify you as the author of any Anonymous Content even if legal action is brought against us related to such content.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page or otherwise communicated. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
